came home yesterday and surprised my mom! everyone expected me to stay at school for the weekend but I miss home cooking too much.
dining hall food = yuck
so I made shrimp pesto!
I used a different recipe using arugula and walnuts instead of basil and pine nuts, and it tastes as delicious 😉
Roasted potatoes, garlic bread, and cranberry salad as well.
I kinda wish I went into culinary instead of liberal arts
